CUPPING THERAPY
Cupping therapy is a thousands of year’s old practice that involves placing a glass cup on a patient’s body and utilizing a small flame to burn out oxygen to creation a vacuum / suction effect. This effect massively increases blood flow to the area of the body temporarily.
DEEP TISSUE SCRAPING
Functional and Kinetic Treatment with Rehabilitation or “FAKTR” is a revolutionary technique that will not only accelerate your rehabilitation and recovery but you’ll be able to continue working, running, lifting, swimming, training while quickly healing.
SPORTS MASSAGE WITH MASSAGE GUNS
Research has shown that massage guns can be effective in reducing delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) and improving short term muscle length.
STRETCHING
Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight.

Dr. Nick Kuzmanovski
Doctor of Physical Therapy and Muscle Recovery Master
Dr Nick Kuzmanovski, DPT (AKA “Dr. Muscle Fix”) specializes in custom, one on one treatment utilizing cupping, sports gun massage, FAKTR certified Soft Tissue Scrapping and a myriad of other techniques learned over the years. He attended Penn State University where he studied Kinesiology and Movement Science. He then attended graduate school where he earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
